Pauline M. Turner

Pauline M. Turner, 103, of Allentown, passed away October 5, 2016 in the Skilled Nursing Unit at Moravian Hall Square, Nazareth. She was the wife of the late C. Kenneth Turner. Pauline worked at the Cleveland, Ohio Public Library in the late 1930’s. Born in Dudley, PA, she was the daughter of the late Placido and Mary (Atzenberger) Mosca. She was a 1936 graduate of Penn State University and did graduate studies at Western Reserve University. She was a member of the Cathedral of St. Catharine of Siena Catholic Church, Allentown. Pauline was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who enjoyed her family. In her later years, she was an avid bridge player.

Survivors: Daughter: Suzanne T. wife of Henry T. “Ted” Lyons, Jr. of Allentown, Grandsons: Kenneth T. Lyons and his wife Diane C. of Emmaus and Henry T. “Tom” Lyons, III and his wife Marie P. of Kentfield, CA. Great-Grandchildren include Henry, Mac, Sam and George Lyons of Kentfield, CA, and Anna and Kate Lyons of Emmaus.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, at 10 A.M. in the Cathedral of St. Catharine of Siena Catholic Church, 18th and Turner Sts. Allentown. Interment: Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
