John F. Kelly, 69, of Allentown, passed away June 9, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Lynnette R. (Bailey) Kelly. They were married for 35 years last August. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Francis and Bettie Kelly of Emmaus. He was a graduate of Emmaus High School and the Philadelphia College of Textile and Science. John served the United States Marine Corps as a supply sergeant in Da Nang at the height of the Vietnam War.

Survivors: Wife, Son: Luke J. Kelly of Allentown, Sister: Kathleen Kelly wife of Michael Mellet of Baltimore and Brother: Father Jordan (James) Kelly, OP of Washington, DC.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 11 A.M. in St. Thomas More Catholic Church 1040 Flexer Ave. Allentown. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 7 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. in the J. S. Burkholder Funeral Home, 16th and Hamilton Sts. Allentown and Wednesday from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. in the Church.

Interment: Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
