Palmina “Pam” Leuthe, 74, of Allentown, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 28th in Los Angeles, CA, after a valiant fight against cancer. Born in Bethlehem on April 18, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Anna (Tosoni) Capobianco and Faust Capobianco, from Bangor, PA. A 1961 graduate of Central Catholic High School, she went on to study English at Cedar Crest College and graduated from there in 1969. Pam enjoyed several places of employment over the years including Travel Corner and most recently the boutique, Bellini…but her real passion and dedication was for her children, grandchildren, and countless friends. Pam had an appreciation for the arts, fashion, literature and fine cuisines. She enjoyed entertaining and cooking for friends and family and was a gracious host. She was always doing for others and was extremely generous to both family and friends, in fact, most friends became a part of her extended family. She enjoyed traveling to different parts of the world and later in life developed a fondness for playing bingo with her girlfriends at various local social halls.

She is survived by daughter Robyn, son-in-law Dean, and granddaughter Ryan of Los Angeles, Daughter Nicole of Allentown, son Matthew and daughter-in- law Jill of Los Angeles and son Mark and daughter-in-law Kristy of Allentown, along with their children Olivia, Ava, Michael and Lia. She is also survived by her sister, Anna Marie and her husband, Sal Checho of Bangor, nephews, Christopher, Frank and his wife Susan, Faust and his wife Adriana, her 3 great nephews, and a great niece.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 2 P.M. in the J.S. Burkholder Funeral Home, 16th and Hamilton Sts. Allentown. Call Saturday, from 1 P.M. to 2 P.M. in the funeral home. Online expressions of sympathy may be recorded at
