Another star was born as James Sterling Wheeler, 70, passed on in the presence of his loving family. He married the love of his life, Linda A. (Yost) Wheeler in 1971, celebrating their 47th anniversary on May 1, 2018. They raised their two sons, Brian and David in Lower Milford Township, Coopersburg. He was born in Hazleton, PA to the late Chester L. and Lucille M. (Warren) Wheeler on November 26, 1947. At 6 years of age his family moved to Bethlehem, PA, where he graduated from Liberty High School. He went on to Penn State University graduating with a degree in Hotel and Food Management. He worked for 29 years at the Brewery in Fogelsville, and went on to be a part-time custodian for Southern Lehigh School District retiring in 2010. Jim was a loving husband and father. He loved to hunt, fish, hike, camp and most of all he was an avid Geocacher, who went by the name of “The Saner Nut” of the “Caching Nuts”.

Survivors: Wife, Linda A., Sons: Brian J. Wheeler and his wife Jane J. of Green Lane and David A. Wheeler and his wife Jill M. of Zionsville and Grandchildren: Chase, Madison, Sophie and Emma.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, at 11 A.M. in the J.S. Burkholder Funeral Home, 16th and Hamilton Sts. Allentown. A calling hour will be held on Friday, from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. in the funeral home.
