Cynthia E. (Lentz) Steckel, born on February 10, 1948, passed away at 7:44 A.M. on February 27, 2022. She was a beautiful and dedicated Wife, Mother, Grand-Mother and Great-Grandmother who will always be missed. You have touched so many people, you will never be forgotten. Cynthia was an active Jehovah Witness that taught her and brought her happiness. She was willing to talk about and share any info she could about Witnessing. Cynthia and her husband of 38 years, Rodney J., lived in the Cetronia area. He also shared with her and alongside of her his love for Jehovah Witness. They loved to talk, cook, and spend time together. Their love is never-ending, true soulmates. They brought lots of inspiration, love, and joy into their lives and the lives of others they met. She loved to walk up and down the street with her little great grandson, Lincoln, in his stroller. He is currently about 20 months old. She would come daily to play with him and loved to play and feed Lincoln his lunches. Her grandson, Austin, got older, but they still shared a special love and understanding of each other. Her granddaughter, Briana, saw Nommy more often. She was always giving Briana motherly advice about Lincoln, and she was so excited for Briana and Cody L. Jones to be married this year to officially invite him as her grandson-in-law. Cynthia and her daughter, Sherry, liked to laugh a lot, talk about daily life and they both enjoyed painting classes a few times. She loved to help out her daughter any way she was able. Cynthia Ellen (Lentz) Steckel loved her family, friends and life. Due to all her health alignments, she pushed and exceeded well to daily life. Survivors: Husband, Rodney J., daughter, Sherry A., grandson, Austin J., granddaughter, Briana E.M., grandson, Cody L., great-grandchild, Lincoln Lee, and her niece Laury L.; also, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and a whole lot of friends. She was predeceased by her mother Pearl Miriam (Krause) Lentz, father William Preston Lentz and brothers William F. (Spike) Lentz and Richard (Rick) Lentz.
