Donald W. "Pete" Williams

Donald W. “Pete” Williams, 86, of Allentown, passed away on February 26, 2022 at home. He was the loving husband of Linda M. (Zizzo) Williams. They would have been married for 49 years on April 7, 2022. Pete was a refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic, working up to the age of 78, before retiring. Born in Bangor, PA, he was the son of the late Idris and Eleanor (Owens) Williams. Pete was a graduate of Bangor High School and Lincoln Tech. He was a life member of the Mercantile Club, the Hogans Social Club and the East Allentown Fire Company. Pete enjoyed golfing, bowling and being with his family and friends. He loved his golf vacations with his friends, going to the Thousand Islands and Canada. Survivors: Wife, Brother: John Williams and his wife Pam of Whitehall, Son-In-Law: John E. Holland, Jr. of Wescosville, Grandson: Steven Holland of Mobile, Alabama, Brothers-In-Law: Jim Zizzo and his wife Jeri of Lake Geneva, WI, John Zizzo and his wife Jeanne of Kenosha, WI and Michael Zizzo of Scottsdale, AZ, Nieces and Nephews and his Beloved Dog: Maggie. He was preceded in death by his Daughter: Sharon Williams Holland in 2020. Services will be private, at the convenience of the family.
